Dispatch Times


At Everwrap, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Subject to stock availability, most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

During busy periods — particularly October to December — please allow up to 7–10 working days for dispatch.
For custom or bulk orders, additional processing time may be required, and we’ll notify you directly if any delays occur.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)


UK Mainland:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / DPD): 1–3 working days

  • Express Delivery (DPD Next Day): 1–2 working days

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands:

  • Delivery may take 2–4 working days depending on location and courier availability.

Europe:

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Please note that customs processing times may vary by country.

Delivery Charges (UK Mainland)

 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on total order weight and delivery location.

Order Collection (UK ONLY)

 

UK customers may request collection from our partner warehouse by prior arrangement.
Please contact us after placing your order if you wish to collect in person.
We’ll confirm when your order is ready and provide full collection details.

(Note: We’re not a retail shop — collections are by appointment only.)

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We ship using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or FedEx, depending on order size and destination.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If no one is available to accept the parcel, your courier will leave a card or attempt re-delivery the following day.

Incorrect or Incomplete Details

 

Please ensure all delivery details are entered accurately throughout the ordering process.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll issue a refund (excluding delivery costs).
