Returns & Refunds Policy

 

At Everwrap, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make.
If any product isn’t suitable for your needs, you’re welcome to return it in unused and resaleable condition for a refund or exchange.

Though it is up to you to return the productuct in a unused and resaleable condition back to the given address at your expense.

Unwanted Items

 

If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery costs), provided the items are:

  • Unused and in resaleable condition

  • Returned in their original or secure outer packaging

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If you’d like us to arrange collection of your return, courier costs will be deducted from your refund total.

Please note:
We cannot issue refunds for any items damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging.
Whenever possible, please reuse the original delivery box or use equally protective packaging materials.

A £4.00 restocking/repackaging fee applies to all standard returns.
Return postage costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange items, simply return your order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement products.
This ensures a faster process and protects your payment information.

Please note: shipping charges for both return and replacement items are non-refundable.
If preferred, you may return and collect items directly from our Lancashire warehouse by prior arrangement.

Non-Returnable Items

 

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or branded products

  • Items cut or produced to special order

  • Opened or used packaging products

If your custom order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receipt with a description and supporting photos

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please notify us within 10 working days of delivery at

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or faulty items

Keep all packaging and products until your claim is resolved, as we may need to inspect or collect them.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund within 14 working days.

Cancelling an Order

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage).
Refunds will be issued once the goods are returned in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sustainability Note

 

We encourage all customers to reuse or recycle packaging materials whenever possible.
By returning items responsibly, you help us reduce waste and keep our operations eco-conscious.
